Check out Peterson's Guide to Distance Learning.  They list numerous
schools who offer a BS in CS, including U of Illinois, New Jersey
Institute of Technology, Florida State, etc.

However, I'd be careful.  A lot of the schools listed in the guide are
not much better than degree mills.  Better to go with a school you know.
