Hi all, 

I am looking for the lock-free queue for multi-reader/multi-writer in
uniprocessor. I have seen the queue by Michael & Scott, but it is for
the multiprocessor. ( I was told I can use this object for
uniprocessor but how?) If you let me know where I can find the
lock-free queue, it would be very appreicated. Thank you.
