I am running Synchronet BBS program, and I am trying to install lord 
4.06.  It runs fine locally, but once I try to access it from the BBS it 
no longer works.

These are the errors I get:

(from the telnet bbs window)
ERROR -   action: executing
           object: c:\sbbs\XTRN\LORD\start 1
           access: 0

(from the Synchronet program error window)

Can anyone help????
