Try freshmeat and sourceforge for the code for TOVID.SH. Worked under FC2 although I did need to install a few required packages, but if you have DVDauthor those packages might already be installed. If its a video that is bad you may need to re-encode or convert the video to fix the errors. If you don't turn on verbose messaging you may have missed the errors. .
