As kermit says, Microsoft's misleadingly named Windows Services for UNIX provides an NFS client. I've also noticed that X11-for-Windows vendors often have an NFS-for-Windows[0] product. I wasn't interested enough to actually *try* them, so I can't vouch for their quality.
