Subj : browser exclusion?

I was wondering,

I'm making a collection of webpages, and I was wondering if there's a 
way to prevent certain browsers from viewing the pages... especially 
browsers which pose a security threat to inferior Operating Systems. 
such as one that is known by its initials: IE.

Basically, I want the page to redirect Internet Exploder to the page to 
download Firefox without showing so much as a single pixel of my 
webpages. I only want to exclude Exploder and variants (eg Slimbrowser, 
Maxthon). As a side note, the exclusion will have to be built into the 
pages, as they will hosted on a remote server that DOES NOT BELONG TO ME

the email address is not real (leading numbers are an obvious
indication) to get the real address, take each individual part
and flip it around so eman@elpmaxe.ten would be name@example.net
