I'm dual-booting W98SE and linux on separate drives. W98SE is on the Primary Master and linux on Primary Slave. The motherboard BIOS (Intel AL440LX) allows me to select the boot order of all attached IDE devices, so I just make PM the boot drive when I want W98 and PS the boot drive when I want linux. This has worked with all versions of linux I've tried so far; still trying to pick a distro to live on. When linux is running I can mount and access the W98 (FAT32) drive but of course it doesn't work the other way around. -- Gordon S.
