It will probably be easier if you make the linux drive the primary master and the win2k drive primary slave. Then install either lilo or grub on the MBR of the primary drive, and use the map-drive (lilo) or map (grub) options on the win2k boot to make the BIOS swap the drives so windows thinks it's primary even though it's not. This used to work for me back in the win9x days, should be pretty much the same with win2k I imagine. Kieron Briggs .
