I commented-out the four lines from map-drive=0x80 to to=0x80, ran lilo, and successfully booted into Windows. I think I had a second hard drive slotted into my IBM Thinkpad "Ultra-Bay" when I accidentally ran "lilo" to cause the problem. Thanks Bill. DJ .
