Well, it's a two-part thing:

1) Create a network connection over bluetooth
2) Share your internet connection with the connection from 1)

Point 2) doesn't care about the fact that the network connection is
via bluetooth. There are docs for both points, but probably not point
1) and 2) in one doc.

The problem with the world is stupidity. Not saying there should be a
