Hallo
Do You know any simple tool that acts like dictaphone, ie.
records sound from microphone into file (wav for example), allows 
replaying the sound, allows moving forward and backward using arrow keys 
or any other keys, etc...

The best would be for CONSOLE, because my computer is quite old :(slow)
