Subj : Network Interface Settings in modprobe.conf

When my computer boots up the network card comes up as

eth0: no autonegotiation, 100baseTx-HD, link ok


I want it in 100baseTx-FD mode at boot up. Assuming that the right place 
to do this is in modprobe.conf, how do I do this.

I currently execute:

/sbin/mii-tool --force 100baseTx-FD eth0

to put eth0 in

eth0: 100 Mbit, full duplex, link ok
