I recently noticed that my proc/bus/usb tree is empty.  I am using
2.6.8.1 and cannot find it in any of the other 2.6.x releases I have
on my system.

I am not a big fan of making bus drivers into modules so my kernels
include the USB core code directly in the kernel.  Can anyone confirm
whether linking USB directly into the kernel is making the /proc
entries go away?  Is this a known problem in 2.6 or has it been
depricated in favor of some other structure?
