If you mean Woody, yes. I'm using Sid ATM and it seems to get new stuff 
appearing all the time (KDE 3.3 appeared pretty much straight away). OK, 
you sacrifice a bit of stability, but then that's the case with any distro.
If you want a nice halfway-house between new and stable, then Sarge is a 
great choice (I started there, and only moved to Sid because the Mozilla 
family and KDE seemed to be lagging behind a bit).
