Or you could set up a cron to start Pan and within Pan use a combination of filters and score file to flag articles of interest. Then set Pan to download flagged articles or download all articles. Make sure the cache is not erased after exit. Set score to -9999 to kill unwanted articles. The score file works when you open the folder rules work on incoming messages. .
