Hah! OCC (Oakland Community College / Outa Cash College)  I took some
classes there, at the orchard ridge campus!

Their page uses IE specific active x components most likely... I've
seen stuff like that.  The most notorious is the RealComp Online
realestate database that most michigan realtor's use.  The forms act
just like that...
