There is no chance of that. It's just the encoding. Try changing the
encoding manually in the view menu. If that does not work, something else
is wrong on your system. I use Opera and can display all kinds of
characters. I am Bosnian and I read bosnian webpages with bosnian
characters in Opera. So german should be no problem.
