Look at the page's source. It contains an element that MUST be inside the section OUTSIDE the . The page is filled with all sorts of crap and it violates every HTML standard known to exist. It is a miracle that there are browsers that *do* display the page. The only way to make this page work, is to re-write it so it conforms to HTML standards.
