Well you could use dig or any of the other dns query tools available. But if your DNS admin has a clue, you will probably find that zone transfers will only be allowed to certain hosts and not to just anyone. dig can do very comprehensive queries and helps greatly with troubleshooting, but I'm not sure if it will display a list of subdomains. I would think that if you could do this it would be quite a security hole! .
