Subj : realtek sound problems with mandrake 9.0

I'm having no sound recognition in my Mandrake 9.0
I downloaded driver from realtek site and try to install it but i get 
some errors:

checking for directory with kernel source..../lib/modules/2.4.19-16mdk/build

checking for kernel version....The file 
/lib/modules/2.4.19-16mdk/build/include/linux/version.h does not exist

Please install the package full kernel sources for your distribution or 
use --with-kernel=dir option to specify directory with kernel

Any hints?
