Sadly that's not necessarily the case any more. I suspect that's because too many developers just don't know how to write a man page because the only dcoumentation they've ever done has been with a Wysiwyg tool and there's not one for roff. -- The instructions said to use Windows 98 or better, so I installed RedHat. .
