Maybe this is stupid, but there are several kernels to choose from but all
of them are Linux ?? Diffrent distros yes. A few that fits perfect for
beginners and some more for more advanced users and some for pure server
functions, I would say it's easier to choose a perfect fit among the
distros then from M$. If none of the distros doesn't fit then you can look
at BSD, there is a few to choose from to!
