Hello Skip,

I have never tried Opera, I don't know much about it. The only thing I
know is that is isn't free, so that's why I've never tried it :)

The Mozilla Foundation is actually located in Mountain View, CA, USA. I
have nooo idea where all the developers are from, probably from around the
world. It's ancestor Netscape is an American company too right, so I guess
you are free to use it, without breaking any patriotic codes-of-conduct ;))
