The Toshiba does boot and run Damm Small Linux but only in text mode as there is only 64 mb. I tried a couple of IMG files on a floppy but still couldn't get Knoppis STD to boot. I suspect later Knoppix versions that do boot all need more than the 64 MB available. I tried Knoppix STD on a variety of new laptops at Office Depot but none had recognizable wireless cards. -- Chuck Forsberg caf@omen.com www.omen.com 503-614-0430 Developer of Industrial ZMODEM(Tm) for Embedded Applications Omen Technology Inc "The High Reliability Software" 10255 NW Old Cornelius Pass Portland OR 97231 FAX 629-0665 .
