Subj : Error 8110:server management interface failed to function

I just received a VA Linux 9205 server.  At boot up, it returns the
following message:
   Error
      8110:Server Management Interface failed to function
    Error
       8112:BMC in update Mode

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
