Subj : Runing Commands at startup

HELLO Lunix chaps,

Im still quite teh n00b @ linux but ive setup a CStrike server but i
have to run this command: "./hlds_run -stwich blah blah" after i have
logged in.  How can i get this command to run at startup ??
