Subj : Best distro for Laptop

I have a Toshiba 2595XDVD laptop with a 30 GB drive.
It currently runs Windows 98.  I use Fedora on my
server but that might not be the best distro for the
laptop.  The laptop is used for flight planning with
Flitesoft, a Windoze program.

Which distros support WINE well?

Which distros support dual boot and mounted FAT file system well?

I could either go the WINE route or dual boot.

Which distros should I look at?
