to get what you want you should change things in the xconfig file
(/etc/X11/XF86Config). you should have in the mouse section:
Option "Protocol"    "IMPS/2"
Option "Device"      "your-mouse-device"
Option "ZAxismapping" "4 5"

you should have searched more, there's a lot of people with the same
question, thus lot's of people answering it.
