If you are planning to use some Linux distro as backend and keep the clients on M$ system it will not be a problem. But if you would like to get my opinion I would try to go slowly since it can be some problem when it comes to team integrations. eMail is never a problem ;-) Use sendmail and set it up properly and you have the best mailserver (not the easiest) works with wichever client you choose. Have no experience in OfficeXP only in the Office 2K and there where no problem to use having only Slackware servers. Micke .
