Subj : 2 Web browsers open when clicking link

Whenever I click on a hypertext link I have 2 browsers that pop up, The
default one that came with KDE 3.2.3, and Netscape 7.1 both come up. Also
with netscape once one instance of it is active, it ask for another unique
profile to use. Is there a way around this?
