Well - that's your opinion - much of it I personally don't agree with.  Just
a few notes: sendmail isn't an email server, per se.  You may want to
identify the criteria you used in determining what the BEST software in
each category is.  EG, why gzip and not bzip?  why GLFTP instead of KBear
or NcFTP?  Why MySQL instead of Postgre?  etc etc.
