Subj : Debian - Woody vs Sarge

I am about to install Debian Woody on one of my PC's,  but I notice a 
lot of people are running Sarge,  apparently in operational contexts. 
Since Sarge is still listed as developmental, can anyone comment on its 
utility, particularly vs. Woody?
