Redhat is equal with Xandros -> 1.5-2 Gigabyte (not sure in these days) Debian i a little smaller 1-1.5 Gigabyte and Freebsd is somewhat like 1 gigabyte to. Then there's the swapfile on 500 meg. But here's a sample. Always start with installing Windows. Fix the bootloader when every operatingsystem is up and _running_. Boot with Knoppix or similar to chroot to the hda7 and mount -a to configure the bootloader _after_ all system is installed. (this is a bit tricky, read the documenation, there's a howto in some linux doc database i've read years ago). Hda1 Windows Xp 3 Gigabytes Hda2 Split in to Hda5, 6, 7, 8 etc (logical) Hda5 3 Gig Xandros Hda6 3 Gig Redhat Hda7 2 Gig Debian Hda8 0.5 Gig Swapfile Hda3 2.5 Gig Freebsd (ad0s1a-e) Hda4 Rest for common files in likely Ext2/3 filesystem. Configure the bootloader (like lilo would be my recommendation) from Debian. Targeting Kernel and root for each linux operating system and target Other for the Freebsd and Windows operating system. .
