Here's one list, found from a quick Google search, of companies that sell laptops with Linux pre-loaded: http://www.linux.org/vendor/system/laptop.html And that's *just* with Linux preloaded; there are others that will sell them with no OS. Complaining that you can't buy a Toshiba without Windows is like complaining that you can't buy a Ford without an engine. If you don't like how Toshiba sells its laptops, don't buy one.
