One that's maybe 5GB (or whatever) for putting common files like music and pictures on. Then give your primary OS the largest partition, maybe 15GB, and the others decent sizes. If FreeBSD will only be a webserver then it doesn't need much more space than to install into. so 5GB media, 15GB primary OS, then 3GB FreeBSD, 7GB xandros, 10GB redhat? To partition it I like partitionmagic in windows. I dont know about the bootloader, but make sure you install windows first. Then do one of the linuxes. They will install a bootloader, and I imagine xandros will leave you with the least flexibility so do that one first. FreeBSD gives you the option to just install without writing to the MBR or using a bootloader, im not sure about redhat. .
