I do not understand these two entries. What do you mean here? /mnt is by convention a directory with only empty subdirectories, to be able to mount removable media, network file systems and WinDoze drives. You really don't need 65 Gb for that, let alone an extra partition. Concluding: it greatly depends on the distribution you want to install, and of course what you want to do with this machine.
