Subj : suggestions for new hard drive structure

I have 2 hard drives. one is 80GB, the other: 160GB.
this is how i plan on partitioning:

80 GB
- 256MB /boot partition - e2fs
- 1.0GB swap partition
- 78.75GB / partition - (suggestions?)

160GB
- 10GB /mnt/windoze partition (FAT32)
- 75GB /mnt/(small files) (suggestions?)
- 75GB /mnt/(large files) (suggestions?)

could someone suggest file systems and/or revised sizing for me?
