Subj : can I use vnc to view same window as what I logged in lab?

I finally make my linux work, it looks prety good and I start liking
linux now although there is some defects there. Now I have another
question, if I logged in my linux box in the lab as usera, can I use
vnc to see this desktop remotely? What I saw is two different
desktops. Should I config something on the vnc server? thanks all your
guys who give me useful hints and advices. thanks.
