If I switched to the other box, and back again, the mouse wouldn't be erratic, but the cursor would have a high degree of acceleration, as if I'd turned up the sensitivity. I'd go into a text console (Ctrl-Alt-F1), and back again to KDE (Ctrl-Alt-F7), and the mouse would operate correctly again. The mouse also seemed to work correctly on the other box. That was the strange part. This is with a D-Link DKVM-2. Oh, and I took the other box, put a monitor, keyboard and mouse on it, and gave it to my wife to play with. End of problem. ;^) -- Stu .
