Darn double-posts.. Anyhow

Friend of mine has an ipaq with a bootleg winCE on it that he can't do
anything with, as he hosed it during the install.  He's willing to
part with it for £50, fair price but I'll try to talk him down... How
easy is the ipaq to flash etc?
