As i see it you have two ways of doing this:
 1. take a screwdriver and bend the key out of the keyboard. you can bind
    the windows key code to some other key (pause or scrollock are not
    the most frequently used keys :-)
 2. scratch of the windows logo with something sharp and draw a tux
    with a cd marking pencil (that sticks on EVERYTHING)
