Hi,

This question has been address many times, but looking at previous
post, I see most of those refer to old versions of linux.

I'm ready to switch my Windows XP to Suse Linux or Mandrake Linux, but
for one thing, DVD Support.

Did the open source win the case for get a DVD driver on the linux ...
and can i now get DVD support on Linux.

If somebody knows how to get the support, please send me the
instructions so that i can get suse or mandrake linux and install the
patches to get the dvd support.
