This version is for Fedora (2), as fc2 suggests, that won't work
out on RH9.

rpm won't know about anything you don't install through rpm.

You probably want to use your favorite rpm search engine
rpmseek.com or alike and look for the RH9 packages you need to
resolve the dependencies. If they didn't come with your
distro/updates. Looks like you need the "gtkspell" package first.
