Currently I'm using Suse 9.0 (console only install), it does the job and is fairly easy to setup. Although one of these days i might get around to trying the likes of Slackware and/or Debian - purely because I've been wanting to give them go for awhile now, well that and they can be got hold of for a lot cheaper than Suse. -- Question, Confront, Deviate, Destroy ...
