If you need a solution quickly, and you are very new to linux, look
for some pre-built mail servers from a big linux vendor. They often
have 24 h support, what you may need on mission critical stuff.

A example is the SuSE Linux OpenExchange Server. Does exact the same
as the Exchange Server, people even won't notice the difference. It is
not free of charge, offcoz, but quite inexpensive and a friend of mine
runs his complete company well with it.

Other Companies may have similar products, i think...
