Subj : What's your favorite opensource Groupware?

Hi there,

I'm trying to install an opensource groupware for my company. I need
the following funtionalities:

Project management( with access right control enabled)
Bug tracking
Web-based Email client
Knowledgebase management
Forum
Supporting Chinese input and display(some systems I tried doesn't work
well when I input Chinese as content).

I looked eGroupware. It's not that good, especially the bug tracking
feature.
I also tried phpcollab, but it doesn't have a good email client. It's
project management doesn't have good access control at the time when I
tried. And the project moves slowly.

So can anyone tell me what do you use now? and how do you compare
those projects?
