The sound card is a "SoundStorm™ Technology", nForce2 Audio Codec 
Interface but I only gave the motherboard because it's an integrated 
soundcard and we tell me there are several compatibility problems with 
this one...
The driver used is "snd-intel8x0" and the kernel is the 2.6.3-7 one...
The kernel given with mandrake 10...

well, I surely don't know english as perfectly as you... I mean "my 
microphone doesnt seem to be working"... or "doesnt seem to be 
recording", as you wish dude...

Before speacking with acidity, and about stupidity, try to be humble...
