But are you sure that | your externally facing interface uses a non-routable range like 192.168.x.x | ? Or is eth0 the interface facing your home network? eth0 forwards onto an ADSL modem/router, which zaps the packets onto the Internet. If I could set the modem/router up only to forward the packets leaving their original headers intact, I would. :-) -- Steve .
