I wouldn't be too worried. For example, my XFree server pulls up Linux 
2.6.3-3mdkenterprise i686 as the build system, whereas my actual distro 
is Mandrake Linux 10.0 Community Edition. For RPM-based installations 
it's rare that all the packages would have been built on one machine... 
also, the "enterprise" kernel series of most distros simply means SMP 
(multi-processor) support.
