Thanks to Petr Cimprich if the Ginger Alliance <http://gingerall.cz>, 
APIDOC can now generate a Table Of Contents suitable for use as a 
sidebar panel.  I've regenerated the documentation and posted the 
sidebar to the Spidermonkey home page, 
<http://www.mozilla.org/js/spidermonkey/>.  Click on the "Mozilla 
Sidebar" link for the JS Embedder's Reference to install it.

As always, if and when you find errors or omissions in the 
documentation, please feel free to submit a patch to the source XML file 
located at http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/js/docs/jsref.xml.
